General
What is DevOps?+
DevOps is a GitLab monitoring dashboard that lets you visualize in real time the status of your CI/CD pipelines, merge requests and issues from a centralized interface.
Which Git providers are supported?+
Currently, DevOps supports GitLab exclusively (gitlab.com and self-hosted instances). GitHub support is planned for a future release.
Is DevOps free?+
Yes, the free plan lets you monitor 1 GitLab group and up to 10 projects. For more advanced needs, check our Pro and Enterprise plans.
Configuration
How do I connect my GitLab account?+
Go to Settings > GitLab, create a Personal Access Token with read_api scope in GitLab, then paste it along with your group ID.
Can I monitor multiple groups?+
With the Pro plan, you can add unlimited GitLab groups and monitor all your projects from a single dashboard.
How do I customize labels?+
In Settings > GitLab Labels, map your GitLab labels to statuses (Todo, In progress, Review) to see the corresponding counters on the dashboard.
Billing
How does billing work?+
Billing is monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and manage your subscription from Settings > Plan & Billing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the billing period.
Is there an Enterprise plan?+
Yes, the Enterprise plan includes SSO/SAML, guaranteed SLA and dedicated support. Contact us for a custom quote.

How do I contact support?+
You can create a ticket from the Support page, email us at support@example.com, or book a 30-minute call with our team.
What is the support response time?+
We commit to responding within 24 business hours. Pro and Enterprise customers benefit from priority support.
Is my GitLab data secure?+
Your GitLab tokens are stored encrypted. We only access in read-only mode (read_api scope) and do not store any data from your repositories.
